Procera Crown in the Anterior/Posterior

  • Eliminate sharp edges, undercuts, slopes, and grooves.
  • Prepare the tooth with a depth of 1.2mm to 1.5mm tooth reduction.
  • The preparation is characterized by thinned margins.
  • Provide adequate space for the coping and the porcelain.
Procera Crown in the Posterior

  • Keep the occlusal surface as even as possible.
  • Avoid creating a deep fossa/cavity.
  • Provide sufficient (1.5 mm to 2 mm) occlusal reduction.
  • Use a chamfer bur to achieve a 6 degree to 10 degree taper during
    axial wall reduction.
